 90 Outstanding Students Receive Major SHS Support from Alhaji Arimiyaw Abubakari(GBAGNU)

As 90 outstanding Junior High School graduates prepare to take the next step in their educational journey, Alhaji Arimiyaw Abubakari has stepped in with timely support to help them begin Senior High School with confidence.

The gesture, presented on Thursday, September 24, 2026, saw 90 outstanding newly graduated JHS students receive essential items to support their transition to Senior High School.

Each beneficiary received a package containing items including a mattress, chop box, exercise books and a mathematical set as they prepare to report to their respective schools.

The support is intended to ease some of the financial pressure associated with sending children to SHS, particularly at a time when families are preparing to purchase several essential items for their wards.

Beyond the material support, the initiative sends a strong message to the beneficiaries: academic excellence deserves recognition, encouragement and continued investment.

The students and their families have expressed appreciation for the gesture, with the beneficiaries now looking forward to beginning their SHS journey equipped with some of the basic items needed for school.
